New Zealand, 3 February 2023 – Leading rental car company Budget New Zealand has come on board as a premium partner of both the men and women’s sides for the 2023 A-League season and beyond.
The partnership will see the Budget brand feature prominently on the back of the men and women’s playing shorts for the next three years.
The Budget brand made its debut on the back left of the women’s shorts for their historic opening round match against Melbourne City last month and will remain there for the rest of their first Liberty A-League season in Wellington.
Budget, which has a network of over 40 locations in New Zealand, is also a back-of-short sponsor for the Phoenix men, who will return to Sky Stadium tomorrow afternoon after a month-long absence for the club’s double-header against Adelaide United.
Lee Marshall, General Manager of Budget New Zealand, says Budget is thrilled to partner with the Wellington Phoenix.
